Malda to set maiden national example for primary solid waste management and rural water supply

The seminar would focus on the following. It will bring together academia, policy makers and civil society organization and intends to enrich our understanding on the dynamics, processes and issues of rural labourrelationsand employment. Contributions are expected to be analytical / empirical while dealing with factors contributing to portray structural changes, its drivers, impact and implications.
