Globally LEAD is known for its creative and high quality Leadership Training Programme which we call ‘Cohort Training’. We recruit mid-management professionals from across sectors (Government, NGO, Businesses, Community Based Organizations, etc.) and provide them with leadership training around relevant environment and development related themes. These trainees go through our rigorous training programme and graduate as LEAD Fellows joining a network of more than 3000 Fellows worldwide. They go back to their organizations and apply their newly learnt skills to help their organization and society as a whole move towards a more sustainable path.
